"What's the difference between LINE-X Premium and LINE-X Xtra, both are upgrades?"

Xtra is a great product also and we still sell it.  Premium is just a newer product and is less expensive than Xtra. 

Premium is currently only available in black.  Xtra is available for color matching as well as black.
